Filing a takedown notice

Email dmca@abdx.tv with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The exact ABDX URL(s) where the material appears.
• Your contact information (name, email, address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Because ABDX links to third-party sources rather than hosting files, a removal here delists the pointer on ABDX; the underlying file may need to be reported to the host that actually stores it.

Counter-notice

If content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.
